The kingdom belongs to children

The reality of child abuse in our Church is a painful and difficult one to face. Jesus promised that the kingdom of God belongs to children. As Catholics we must accept what has happened, confess our sins, seek forgiveness and ensure that our children and young people will be safe, welcomed and protected in the future. It is our responsibility. Let us pray and work for healing for those who have been so damaged.
