Philemon 7-20; Psalm 146; Luke 17:20-25

There is so much of God we do not understand. He is hidden from us, yet in our midst. We can only wonder at and love God for his readiness to share in every part of our lives.

Dear God, guide me in my work for others, especially those who most need help. May I share in their lives through prayer and action, imitating you in my quiet service to them.
