Focus on the person

Jesus knows that communities of believers need rules. What he says here is that they do not need people who nitpick over the rules to the point of being unkind to themselves and others. When Jesus is master in my life I easily keep the rules. I am not unduly concerned as to whether others do or not. With this focus on Jesus comes a broader outlook on life. Where is my discipleship focussed?
