Let me serve you

Scripture’s depiction of Christ’s earthly ministry is one of constant work. He shows us by his service to others how to enter the Kingdom of heaven.

Lord, help us to be more like Christ, and seek ways to include others in our service to God. I know there are many places in my community that if you were again living as a human, you would be found: in rest homes, hospitals, prisons, schools, with the broken hearted and the poorest of the poor. Today I will give the help I can in your holy name, God.
