God’s ways are not our ways

God’s love is unconditional. Even though he knows how contrary we can be – saying we love him and honestly seeking to do his will in all things, and then through our humanity, failing him again and again – he continues to love us.

Dear Lord, deliver us from all evil and grant us peace: even though you love us regardless of what we are like, we will continue to work towards making ourselves worthy of your love.
