In the gospel Jesus reminds us of the virtue of humility. “Whoever exalts himself will be humbled; but whoever humbles himself will be exalted” Thomas à Kempis has this for us to think about - “To consider oneself nothing, and always to think well and highly of others, is great wisdom and perfection”
