Create a place for God

The reminder to live no longer for ourselves but for others. When I bless someone in that sacred moment before they die, I recall with them that God will remind them of their kindness to others. (Hebrews 6:10.) In our care of others we go about creating a place God can call home. In the parable of the Rich Man and Lazarus, Jesus offers to stir our hearts to actions of care. All are motivated by the One who has risen from the dead. As our day begins can we pray for the grace to help whoever we can today and so continue doing what we can to create a place God can call home.
