Choose life

Moses posed this choice to the Israelites in the wilderness. Centuries apart Joshua and Elijah both repeat the challenge. The Lord Jesus presents us with the same choice. “Enter by the narrow gate, for the gate is wide and the way is easy that leads to destruction … For the gate is narrow and the way is hard that leads to life, and those who find it are few.”
