Don’t judge!
Really? From time to time isn’t it prudent to judge others characters? Shouldn’t we make a judgement to avoid the company of people who might compromise our own standards? Shouldn’t we discern, by judging, those whose company will inspire and encourage us? The answer is clearly, yes! So, the teaching of Jesus is not directed at those who judge humbly in order to seek the good for themselves and others. Rather, it is directed at those who, intent on destruction, judge others with a blind arrogance.
