Bread from heaven

Thanking God for what we have, rather than always asking for more things, helps to grow the spirit of gratitude within us. Often in places of poverty there are people of great generosity. This is because they understand that it is the Lord alone who truly feeds them and sustains them. Where in our lives do we experience the Lord feeding us with loaves and fishes ? In understanding this we can come to know ever more deeply that he is the true bread from heaven.
