Being resilient
The world is in the grip of a pandemic which began about eighteen months ago. We mourn the millions of people who have lost their lives because of Covid-19. We are hopeful that the development of vaccines will help us get on top of the disease. In the meantime, most of us do our best to follow the rules – scanning, distancing, wearing masks and washing our hands – playing our part in curbing the spread of the virus. We are sorrowful and we trust that one day our sorrow will turn to joy. “I, the Lord, am with you always.”
