Eucharist

The Sacrament of Eucharist gives us life. It is the body and blood of Christ. It is the Sacrament that unites us to him in a bond of love. When we receive him in the Eucharist, we embrace the gift of Christ himself. The longings of our hearts are fulfilled and our souls are nourished. May the Eucharist always be for us a source of energy for life and a font of grace.
