No need to fear

If you feel unworthy; if you feel very inadequate in the sight of God and others; if your failures in life haunt you; if you harbour guilt for sins past or present; if you are afraid of facing your Maker on your day of judgement; then today’s Psalm and Readings will surely bring you comfort, healing and peace. Thank you, Jesus, for revealing to us sinners that God our father is so loving, so compassionate, forbearing, forgiving and merciful. ‘Amazing Grace! How sweet the sound, that saved a wretch like me!’
