It is the Lord who speaks

The Valley of Dry Bones is a powerful image – but greater is the giving of flesh and spirit, the giving of life and breath to make us the Lord’s redeemed. Give praise and thanksgiving for the wonders the Lord has done. One way of expressing the Commandments of love of God and of our neighbour is the word JOY. J for Jesus, O for others and Y for yourself. Note the order of importance. Have those priorities and you will experience joy.
