Staying true

The news and noise of the world can overwhelm us as it streams into our lives. Often the news is less than good news and can cause us to isolate through fear and confusion and lose trust in the goodness of people and life. John the Baptist stayed true to what he knew as the one who prepared a way for the Lord. The apostle John reminds us to stay true to who we are by living in Christ. Then we will live in the world with confidence. Take a moment today to grow still in God’s presence.
