Furthering God’s mission

“Before I formed you in the womb I knew you” How amazing that our God has always known us and has always desired our collaboration in the building up of his kingdom. Though we are not all called to be prophets in the same way as Jeremiah we are all called to bear fruit, to use our lives to further God’s mission of love. The Gospel today shows us that God leaves us free to collaborate with him or not as we live our Christian lives. In my own life has God’s invitation to collaborate with him fallen on good soil, or has it been choked or withered by many distractions?
