Micah 2: 1-5; Psalm 10: 1-4, 7-8, 14; Matthew 12: 14-21

He healed them all

Many crowds followed him and he healed them all! Try to imagine these scenes. Jesus’ compassionate heart puts no limits on numbers. He healed them all. “He will not break the bruised reed” says Isaiah. His heart is deeply moved by the sight of these suffering people. Jesus, God-made- human, Jesus the Christ, sees our suffering too. He will always be with us in times of deep suffering. Are we able to open our hearts to his healing, comforting presence?
