Fr Carlo Maria Schianchi SM, Postulator for the Cause of our Founder, informed us this week that the Congregation for the Causes of Saints has sent us the Decree of Validity of the acts presented by the Diocese of Lyons. He is pictured here with a volume entitled ‘Copia Pubblica’ [Public Copy] – a bound copy of the essential documents to proceed with the Cause. 

The next step in this process will be that the Society request the Vatican to present us with a ‘Relatore’ [Relator] who will work with us to proceed to write the ‘Positio’ [Position document], promoting the cause for beatification of Jean-Claude Colin.
