The unity of faith

The Feast of the Chair of Peter is a feast about the unity of the church. It is a feast we celebrate in a limited and broken way in the church of our time. The divisions within Christianity go against what Jesus so earnestly prayed for. Maybe there are ways in which we can foster unity within the Christian Church? This is what Christ asks of us, to be a community of faith witnessing together to God’s redemptive love for the world.
