Set free!

Peter and Paul both had times in prison because of their preaching. Both had the experience of receiving miraculous physical freedom and at other times, the emotional freedom that comes from knowing that “the Lord … will bring me safely to his heavenly kingdom”. We too can experience that freedom if we believe and accept, as Peter did, that Jesus is “the Christ, the son of the living God”. What do I need to be set free from? How can I use my freedom to proclaim, as Paul did?
