EASTER SUNDAY

Acts 10:34,37-43; Psalm 118; Col 3:1-4; John 20:1-9

He believed

The empty tomb and the placement of the linen cloths were enough to bring the disciple whom Jesus loved to belief in the Resurrection. Others would come to belief when they met the risen Christ. Each came to faith by a different path and that faith became shared. For the beloved disciple love led to faith and a fuller understanding of the scriptures. Faith in the Resurrection leads all believers to the path of love. May our faith be renewed and our love flame forth.
