You are the Christ

Each one of us has a unique relationship with Jesus. At various times of our life, he is, perhaps, our friend and companion in prayer, our source of strength or forgiveness or primarily our redeemer and saviour. In today’s gospel reading, Jesus asks Peter a question that must have been important to Jesus, ‘Who am I for you?’ Peter replies that Jesus is the Christ, the Son of God. Can you invite Jesus to put his question to you, who am I for you?
