The oneness of God

Jesus frequently proclaims that the Father and he are one. What he teaches, he says, is given him by the Father. What he doesn’t teach will be brought to us by the Holy Spirit who will lead us to the complete truth. And what the Spirit brings will be what he, in turn, has learnt from the Father. We may know little about our God who is Three Persons but Jesus does give us an understanding of their oneness. Today we pay our one God and Three Persons special homage.
