For, not against

Jesus is under attack today in the gospel. He is being challenged to give a sign of his authority and accused of casting out devils through the power of Beelzebul. Sometimes when people set about doing good and trying to make the lives of others better, they too can come under attack. This can be because of jealousy or misunderstanding. No-one is perfect, but we should look for the good in others whenever we can.
