Be perfect

It is easy to be nice to people whom we like. The challenge comes when we are faced with people we don’t like or find difficult. How do we react ? Jesus challenges us today to love our enemies and pray for those who persecute us. That can be quite a big ask at times. But this is how God treats us, the good and the bad alike. A living faith should stretch us and make us see things not just from our own point of view, but from God’s. This is the perfection God asks of us.
