Pondering God’s love

The disciples that Jesus sent out preached ‘repentance; and they cast out many devils’, and cured many who were ill. Their ministry made God’s love for God’s people evident, made that love real and concrete and practical. They took nothing with them except a staff. They depended on God. So must we, whose ministry is to make God’s love evident, real, concrete and practical, this very day.
