Prayer

Luke often reminds us that Jesus was a man of prayer. He would withdraw to deserted places and pray. It is good to stop and note how we are praying. How often? How long? Where? Why? How? The Spirit of Jesus will guide us here so that prayer will have its rightful place in our lives. As Fr Augustine Baker OSB concludes his “Holy Wisdom” – The blessed spirit of prayer rest upon us all.
