Experiencing Jesus praying

We are taken right into the experience of Jesus praying and rejoicing in the Holy Spirit. We glimpse his unique relationship with God. Jesus saw the joy of the seventy returning disciples (10:17) and thanks God for revealing to ‘infants’ what is hidden ‘from the wise and the intelligent.’ This kind of knowing Jesus is praying about, is the deep intimate experience of another person with whom one is in relationship. Jesus desires to draw all persons into this relationship - into the deep trinitarian mystery of God. This is Jesus’ desire for me. Do I desire to respond?
