Thanksgiving

Thanksgiving, in the Greek, ‘Eucharist’, takes us deeper into the mystery of God and of ourselves.

It is in thanksgiving that the Samaritan sees fully and understands what has happened. Not only is he healed but he has found God’s Salvation.

We too must remember to give thanks. For it is in Christ and in the celebration of the Eucharist that we find the fullness of our humanity.
