When a new staff member is needed their CV is checked for authenticity. At the face- to-face interview information is gleaned about how well they know the role, do they have the attitudes and skills that fit the job they say they want to do. Next, referee checking – making sure the referees are REALLY familiar with the applicant. Ever wonder how you’d do if Jesus interviewed you for a job? Would you get the job if he used your knowledge of him as a test? Would your CV reflect his life? How might you improve for the next vocation interview with him?
