Acts 8:26-40; Ps 66; John 6:44-51

A promise

Jesus reinforces that he is the living bread from heaven with the promise of eternal life for those who believe. Why would one refuse to believe? Is it because what the world offers is more tempting than what Jesus offers? A bit of a risk? Once again, should we be concerned about those we know who no longer practise their faith? Today remember someone we love and offer a prayer that would encourage them to return to the faith.
