Free will

We have a choice - we can follow the word of God or we can choose other options. The reward is clear: if we choose to follow God, eternal life. Other options do not offer that reward, indeed they can lead to adversity. It’s our decision whether we choose God or otherwise. How can we be steadfast in our belief in God? Could it be something as simple as saying one’s morning and evening prayers?
