Breathing

There can be times when it is difficult to admit that we are Catholic, moments when we are hesitant to share what has come to be so important for us and often so personal. When the media seems quick to judge or a friend becomes Church cynical in conversation or I am spiritual but not religious, take a breath and breathe in the Holy Spirit, the breath of God. We will then know how best to respond. God provides for us; take a moment today to recall how intricate is God’s care.
