Recognizing Jesus

Some religious leaders continue to seek a sign from Jesus in order to show them his identity. They have refused to recognize the signs he had already given and through which many ordinary people came to believe. Jesus knows those elite ones will also fail to recognize the final sign of his identity – his death and resurrection. Do I take time to reflect and recognize the signs of Jesus’ presence in ordinary events of my life?
