Serve each other

Service to others was the overwhelming hallmark of Christ’s ministry as a healer of bodies and souls. He showed compassion for others in need and in the end gave his life for us all. To sit with him involves service and making sacrifices – and just as we’re drawn to people with whom we have things in common, so too does our service for God and others bring our lives closer to Jesus.

Brother, sister, let me serve you,
Let me be as Christ to you.
