Pray for those whose faith is being tested

Opposition to our love of God and beliefs presents itself from time to time. Our friends or families may not understand or make allowances for how much our prayer life and community of faith mean to us. Some of us even suffer from other people’s prejudices and face real obstructions to our practice of faith. Jesus faced exactly the same problems and offered us an example as to how to deal with it: face the difficulties bravely and pray to God for hope and courage.

Dear God, I pray for all those whose faith is being tested. Be with them and defend them as they make their way to you.
