Reaching for the divine

The freedom to choose not to sin is God’s truth at work in me. The feeling of choosing truth over sin is difficult to describe in human terms. Jesus says it is freedom from slavery. Every time I choose God’s truth over sinning I grow as a person … a person with more love to give others, more love to give God and a person who can use every bit of my God given humanness to reach for what is divine in me.
