Closed minds

Our Lord’s closest companions did not understand ‘what the miracle of the loaves meant,’ so the Lord’s walking on the water was beyond them too. Maybe our minds are as closed as theirs were. We have some inkling that ‘God is love’ and that God lives in us and we live in God … to what extent is God’s love and God’s life apparent in our lives?
