Feast of the Holy Family:

Sirach [Eccles] 3:2-6,12-14 honouring father and mother is what we are created to do even with all their faults. Just as God loved me with all my faults.

Col 3:12-21 unconditional love of parents, family, friends and colleagues makes sense because God loves me unconditionally.

Lk 2:41-52 key to understanding how Mary and Joseph lived their faith is to grasp the true meaning of the word “acceptance.”
