Is 35:1-10 before Jesus human thinking always looked to what was to come, to richness, abundance, liberation and fulfillment. Accentuating the positive and eliminating the negative helps.

Lk 5:17-26 but with Jesus the power of God became so imminent that people would do anything for healing and because of faith the paralyzed man walked. That same power is now here for me.
