Let God take control

Daniel and his three friends chose to eat simply rather than like the other young men enjoying the rich food and wine from the king’s table. They did this to show that their trust in God would take care of their health. When presented to the king they were as healthy as the others. Is the message that God is concerned about us, watches over us? He will help and guide us if we ask. Maybe not in the ways that we prefer but in ways he considers best. So take a chance on God’s goodness; have the courage to let him take control of our lives.
