Take refuge in God

“God, in you alone is my soul at rest. My help comes from you. You alone are my rock, my stronghold, my fortress. I stand firm.” This psalm is written by someone who depends on God. They know God as rock and stronghold. How do you speak to God? You may wish to write your own prayer to God or say a familiar prayer.
