The glory of God

“The heavens proclaim the glory of God, and the firmament shows forth the work of his hands. Day unto day takes up the story, and night unto night makes known the message.”(Ps19) Spend some time outside in creation today or gaze out of the window. Consciously use your senses. Be present to the sounds, smells, feel and taste of what surrounds you. Breathe deeply, relaxing into God the Creator’s presence. Let creation refresh you for the tasks of the day.
