Standing at the Cross

This Feast was placed in the Roman calendar in 1814 under the title Our Lady of Compassion. Picture yourself standing at the foot of the Cross with Mary, a brave and heartbroken woman. Who else is there with you? Who do you want to pray for? Gather into your prayer all people who suffer in our world.
