God never stops caring for us

Jesus never disappoints people who seek him. He could have ducked for cover when he discovered a great crowd waiting for him when he was worn out and wanted some peace with his friends – but he didn’t. He welcomed them and showed them the depth of God’s love and care, by teaching them God’s word to encourage their faith, by nourishing their bodies and by healing the sick.

Holy Spirit, friend and companion, help me continue Our Lord’s work for others. May my prayers for faith and love between people help them recognise God’s continuous love is for them too.
