Isaiah 50:4-9; Ps 69; Matthew 26:14-25

Surely it is not I?

The Judas part of the Easter narrative is hard for us to understand. How could someone so close to Jesus go on to betray him? Yet in all of us lie temptations which entice us to turn away from things of God and even God himself. Pray for the grace today to be able to place your weaknesses in God’s hands and ask for the strength to resist when your time of trial comes.
