Answer to prayer

Esther prays to God for courage as she prepares to intercede on Israel’s behalf. For Esther, the well-being of her people comes before her own safety. There are times we will be challenged to put the welfare of others before our own safety. If we act with courage and with trust in God, God will answer. Indeed, God the Father has answered every prayer by giving us his Son, Jesus the Christ. To be like Jesus is the purpose and answer to every Christian prayer whether we ask, seek, or knock at the Father’s door.
