“Rejoice and be glad”

Am I open to the Holy Spirit who, like the wind, refreshes and renews us? Can I give myself to humility, and allow my poverty of spirit to be filled by God? Do I hunger for God and stay with my faith, regardless of pressure to do otherwise? Do I greet others with the words “Peace be with you” in my heart?.

There are so many ways to please you, God. May I, with the Holy Spirit’s help, begin my life anew today for love of you.
