The Francis example

At the first Holy Thursday Mass after becoming Pope, Francis said “It is the example of the Lord. He was the most important but he washed the feet of others. The most important must be at the service of others.” Pope Francis then went on to wash the feet of women and those of other faith traditions in a prison. By doing this he broke with papal practices of recent times and let us all know that he was a servant leader.

Reflect on what personal practices you may have developed that need reassessing and changing.
