Serve willingly

In yet another demonstration of God’s infinite love, Jesus makes an offer that is too good to refuse: he will generously over-recompense us for any sacrifices we make on his behalf. How humble he is, who is Our Lord. How he exalts us in offering such enormous rewards for “inconveniencing” ourselves.

Dear Lord, help me be worthy of your love. Open my heart to your will so I can serve you as perfectly as possible. Holy Spirit, companion in Christ, may I give myself generously and without reservation to God and others.
